Cheerful Give — Sub-processor List

Last updated: 12 July 2026

Cheerful Give (A Latty trading as “Cheerful Give”) uses the third-party sub-processors below to deliver the Services. Each processes personal data only to provide its service to us, under contractual data-protection terms and appropriate transfer safeguards. We give charities at least 30 days’ notice before adding or replacing a sub-processor (see our DPA).

Notes

  • Card data is entered directly into Stripe’s hosted fields and is never received or stored by Cheerful Give.
  • Transactional donor and admin emails are normally sent through the charity’s own WordPress site / mail provider, which is the charity’s own processor — not a Cheerful Give sub-processor.
  • Mailsync. Enabling our Mailsync add-on transmits opted-in donors’ email address and name to the charity’s own Mailchimp or MailerLite account, connected with the charity’s own API key. Those providers are the charity’s processors, not Cheerful Give sub-processors — our software only transmits the data on the charity’s instruction.
  • A charity’s own website host, and any other email/CRM tool the charity chooses to export mailing-list opt-ins into, are likewise the charity’s sub-processors, not Cheerful Give’s.
  • If you add analytics, chat, or a CDN for getcheerful.org, add them here.
